Abstract: Among the methods of liquefaction estimation, standard penetration test and cone penetration test are the most simple and practical methods, while flat dialatometer test（DMT） is a new one. Based on the data of liquefaction estimation with these three methods on non-uniform Sandy Silt in Shanghai area, that flat dialatometer test ects as a better method with boundless prospects.
