Abstract: This paper dcals with five kinds of new siphonic inlets of small-sized hydropower stations,which have good developing prospects,for they not only are simple in struture, reliable to work,convenient to manage and against freeze,but also are able to save the gate and headstock gear equipments that cost more to build.
