Abstract: Shortag of water memees leads to the bad balance in the total supply and dernand of water resourees in the Yellow River Basin. This paper discusses the han water resoaree problem in the Yellow River Basin at present, makes a view and analysis of prospects of the future supply and demand and puts forward some explorarg countermeasures.
