小浪底工程粉煤灰质量波动对砼性能影响的试验论证

    Test Argument on the Influences of the Flyash Quality Fluctuation on the Concrete Performance in Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project

    • 摘要: 结合小浪底水利枢纽工程的施工,对用于小浪底工程粉煤灰的质量波动是否影响砼性能,进行了试验,结果分析表明:在细度为15~25%、烧失量4~12%之间变化,其它指标满足Ⅱ级粉煤灰要求的情况下,砼力学性能、变形和耐久性没有明显变化。该成果的采用,为保证工程进度、节约费用、确保工程质量产生了巨大的综合效益。

       

      Abstract: Based on the construction of Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project,this article reflects the test and study of the impact on the concrete performance by the fluctuation of the flyash quality of Xiaolangdi Project.The analysis of the results demonstrates that when the fineness changes between 15% and 25%,the loss of ignition varies between 4% and 12%,and the other indices meet the requirements for GradeⅡflyash, the mechanical performance,deformation and durability have no obvious change.The use of this achievement creates tremendous comprehensive benefits in the progress ensuring,cost saving and quality guarantee of the Project.
