Abstract: The research on the realization of functions of property trade market of enterprises is of great significance for the normal and orderly development of the property trade market and the further reform of the enterprises. In view of this, the article makes a research on its functions on improving the disposal of resources, realizing the adjustment of the industrial structure, and forming the effective price system of the property trade market etc. . It also puts forward some ideas that can be used for reference.
