Abstract: It’s helpful to promote univesities to become the cultivation base of knowledge innovation and high level innovative talents to build the cooperation mode of production,teaching and research of Henan’s colleges and universities.According to the experiences and lessons from Henan University,the paper discusses the developing thinking and counter measures from the following aspects below: to build perfect restraining and security systems,to perfect the inner operation system,to promote the reform of teaching system,to renew the teaching contents,to devote major efforts to develop school run enterprises,to build a troop of teachers with high quality,to build the cooperation between universities and enterprises from various channels and forms.
