Abstract: The article points out the necessity of building the organization of macroscopic regulation control.It expounds that macroscopic regulation control must be considered from position about principle, functions and objective.It points out the direct objects and final objects of regulation control and stresses that the macroscopic system must be an action subject of rational division of labour.It mainly introduces regulation control means of administration, information,economy and technology etc.
