Abstract: The article discusses how enterprises establish and perfect the performance system of financial affairs and improve economic results under the condition of market economy in the respects of cultivating the concept of financial affairs risk,making necessary amendments to the system of financial affairs risk,strengthening the surpervision and control system of financial affairs,improving the management system of the capital and perfecting the internal financial affairs management system of the enterprise.
