Abstract: The paper firstly discusses the implication of expected income and the aims of increasing it. Then it writes about the results of increasing expected income of national officials, i. e,arousing their enthusiasm for working hard, benefiting the construction of honest politics, promoting the real consuming, accelarating the economic growth, increasing the opportunity of employment, improving people’s living standard, giving full play to traditional virtue of filial duty and stabilizing the society.
