Abstract: The essay deals with the relation between the administrative lawsuit and the administrative reconsideration. which are two different legal procedures. As the administrative relief means, they two complement each other. The present law stipulates that the administrative reconsideration and the administrative lawsuit can be chosen and ahead of the reconsideration is encouraged.
