Extended Application of the Discharge Coefficient in the Muskingum Flood Routing Method

摘要: 提出按长时段推求的马斯京根法流量演进系数K、x,在数值不变的条件下应用于该河段短时段的流量演算,解决了水利水电工程规划设计中的一些特殊要求和水电站日调节不稳定流演进的近似计算问题。假定河槽为棱柱体,经实测资料检验分析,计算精度较高,能够满足工程规划设计的要求。Abstract: It is proposed in this paper that the discharge coefficient K,x in Muskingum Flood Routing Method based on long-term flood routing can also be used on the short-term one of the same river reach. Thus, some special demands in water conservancy and hydroelectric design as well as the approximate calculation problems of unsteady flow for daily-regulation of the hydropower station are resolved. The physical foundation of this method is assuming the riverbed as a prism. The analysis of observed data shows that this method meets the requirement in planning and designing work of projects with higher calculation precision.
