Abstract: Under the background of information age and knowledge economy age of the 21st Century, the paper discusses the basic qualities that talent in the 21st century should have from the following five aspects, that is, fine moral quality, good knowledge quality, strong ability of innovative thought, spirit of being not afraid of difficulity, enduring hardships and working hard, and excellent cooperative quality of group spirit.
