Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the differences of men’s and women’s speech from two angles: First,their differences in their language itself. Second,the differences in the styles and strategies of their speech.. This paper also discusses the effects of these differences on the cross_sex communication and analyzes the possible causes for the differences.
