基于ANSYS的岩锚悬臂吊车梁结构数值分析

    Numerical Analysis of Rock-bolt Crane Girder Based on ANSYS

    • 摘要: 结合白山水电站三期扩建工程实际,将ANSYS应用于地下厂房岩锚吊车梁结构数值分析中,全面考虑混凝土、围岩和锚杆三者的变形对岩锚悬臂吊车梁受力状况的影响,利用三维非线性有限元技术仿真模拟岩锚吊车梁在运行期的荷载作用,分析岩锚吊车梁的工作特性和稳定性,为岩锚吊车梁的设计理论和施工方法研究提供有价值参数。

       

      Abstract: Combined with the extending project practice of underground powerhouse at some hy-dropower stations,ANSYS is applied to numerical structure analysis of rock bolt crane girder,we take fully into consideration the effect caused by deformation of concre te,rock mass and anchor rod on rock bolt crane girder.Three-dimensional non-linear finite element method is applied to simulate and analyze the wheel load stress state of crane girder bolted to rock wall of ch amber during operation phase.Analyzing the effects of working situation and stability provides reference for the development of design theory and construction ways to rock bolt crane girder.
