论“对话”式教育的现实困境及出路

    Actual Predicament and Settlement of Dialogic Education

    • 摘要: “对话”式教育是在对“独白”式教育反省的基础上提出的现代教育的实践形态。它在操作层面所遇到的诸如粗浅理解“对话”、教育与生活及人文世界的疏离、传统师生观的思维定势、旧有教学模式与课程内容呈现方式、传统考试制度的统一标准带来的现实困境成为其顺利践行的障碍。“对话”式教育应从深入理解“对话”的含义、回归生活与人文世界、树立新型的师生观、创设多样化的教学模式、加大考测能力的力度等方面入手,寻求其实现的出路。

       

      Abstract: Dialogic education, based on the introspection to the monologic education, is a practical style of modern education. At the operating level dialogic education faces actual barriers, such as shallow comprehension, long distance to life and humanity, traditional view of teacher - student relationship, old teaching pattern and the presenting method of course contents, the actual predicaments brought by traditonal unifide criteria of examinations. Correspondingly, dialogic education is bond to find a way out in the following respects: further understanding "dialog", backing to life and the world of humanity, building up the new view of teacher-student relationship, creating variable teaching patterns and increasing the intensity of assessing abilities.
