Abstract: The grading credit organizatons as an important component part of business bond market is taking an effect that cannot be substituted for. But in our country it faces a lot of problems, for instance, it isn't attached much importance to, its own action isn't normal and it isn't very authoritative. These problems can be solved by lowering the interest of loan, carrying out interest rate on the market and establishing risk indemnity mechanism.
