Abstract: According to the characteristics of remote sensing and aerial photograph, we put forward image segmentation algorithm which combines quick two-dimension threshold value with fuzzy cluster. This algorithm is a new technology of image segmentation in view of objects. The results of experiment showed the algorithm was doing very well in executive time, separating effects, applicable range, etc.
