Abstract: Subject Based English （SBE）is indispensable to college English. And it is one of keys to cultivate talents with mixed abilities in the 21st century. According to some questions in SBE teaching of our college, SBE teaching must set up teaching aims clearly, strengthen teaching material and curriculum setting, enhance the quality of the teachers, reform teaching mode, and attach importance to cultivating applied ability of students.
