Abstract: Credit lack and scarcity has become the key problem in the developm ent of our socialist market economy.Credit lack and scarcity have not only incre ased the enterprise trading cost and cost of human communication greatly; and ob structed deepening of the reform of our country’s economy system, but also affected the social viewpoint of value of people and life morals seriously. It is ur gent to establish an effective social credit system including correct thought, legal restraints, assured organization and effective methods.
