摘要: 以师德建设中的重要范畴——教育公正作为研究对象,以教育公正的内容、要求、现实、对策为主导思想,结合一些教育中的实例进行具体说明,教育公正在师德师风建设中的重要性。

Abstract: The author takes education fairness the most important category of teachers'morals construction as research object,and explains the importance of education fairness in teachers'morals construction specifically with the instance in education.
