基于水泥混凝土配合比优选的基础理论研究

    Basic Theory Research Based on the Optimum of Concrete Mix Proportion

    • 摘要: 采取普通试验仪器和设备,把优选法用于混凝土配比试验中,采用“降维法”使混凝土表观密度函数从多维函数降为一维函数,用最小二乘法求相关系数,按单因数折纸法优选试验点,三级配采用等高线法求极值,该极值就是混凝土的最佳配合比。在施工现场,可以当天快速取得混凝土配合比试验的结果,7天可以校核强度。该方法在世界银行贷款的国际工程项目中多次应用,其中一个工程项目节约水泥价值300余万元人民币(1992年)。

       

      Abstract: Use the general experiment equipment and optimal method to do the concrete mix proportion experiment.We use the dimension-reduction algorithm to make the apparent density function of concrete to change from multi-dimensional function to one-dimensional function,use the least square method to get correlation coefficient,use the number line method to choose the experiment,use the contouring method to get the extremum,then this extremum is the optimal mix proportion of concrete.At the construction location,we can get the experiment result at the same day,then use the seven days to investigate the strength.This method has been adopted for many times by international projects of the World Bank,one of them once have ever saved much concrete estimated about more than 3,000,000yuan(1992).
