Abstract: This paper discusses different types of outside excitations acted on bridge structures,such as the vehicle liberation,wind liberation,earthquake liberation and so on.We use the anti-liberation method to design the short-span and strong intensity stiffness concrete bridge,and the anti-wind liberation method for the long-span and weak intensity stiffness suspension bridge.
