自我意象与大学生心理教育

Self-image and College Student’s psychological Education

摘要: 自我意象是人对自身的评价,是关于“我属于哪种人”的自我观念。自我意象的确立,对于个人走向成功非常重要:一个成功的人生,往往伴随有一个积极的自我意象。自我意象尽管是在人不知不觉中形成的,但也是可以改变的。在教学中,通过帮助学生塑造积极的“自我意象”,可以有效地优化学生的自我评价,帮助学生重建学习的信心。

Abstract: Self-image is an evaluation about somebody himself.The formation of self-image is very important to success.A person’s success is always related to his positive self-image.Self-image can be changeable though it forms unconsciously.Teachers should help students to shape positive images so that they can evaluate themselves effectives and restore their confidence in learning.
