Abstract: Mencius’ benevolence politics doctrine is a kind of lofty policy target in Chinese traditional culture.It comes from the thought of Confucius’ benevolence,with the theory of "humanity should be kind"and "people are important"for foundation.It involves politics,economy,education,law and personnel etc.It emphasizes the stable political order.It emphasizes that the people is the main body of the society.It has a great reference effect on ethic morality culture,law and morality education,talent cultivation and slection to our construction of socialism harmonious society.
