Abstract: We should avoid some misunderstandings,such as "cancel or insist","only to the common students of senior high school" and so on and to systematically design and consider the system in modern education system.The main strategies are: adjust the education structure,establish the "penetration in vertical" school education system,establish the diversification and multi-level select system of college entrance examination,and to construct the "cloverleaf junction" of the talents growth.This kind of systematical design made our college entrance examination system be very vigorous and promote the change of the traditional "Examination-oriented Education" to the modern "Quality-oriented Education".
