Abstract: On the base of the need of Shangluo hydropower plant computer monitoring system of Huichang county in Jiangxi Province,the configuration of structure,hardware and software are designed and the data acquisition and processing,automatic control,man-machine interface,abort diagnosis,event record of the system are discussed.Practice shows that with the high reliability and applicability,this kind of design can meet the request of small hydropower station
