Abstract: From the scientific connotation of the people-oriented management in universities,the necessary trend and internal requirement of the implementation of the people-oriented management under the new situation were proved.The existing problems of the implementation of the people-oriented management in universities were analyzed and the effective methods of the implementation of the people-oriented management in universities were discussed.
