Abstract: ASEAN is the friendly neighbour of China and has traditional friendly relationship with China.Nowadays,the political relationship is close,the development of economy and trade cooperation is deep and the cooperation of non-traditional safe field is widened.The policies of China to Southeast Asia include political promise,economy diplomacy,rule and system arrangement.China’s diplomatic target is from establishing the harmonious Southeast Asia to the harmonious world gradually.
