Abstract: Nowadays,the mode of cooperation between college and enterprise is the main mode of higher vocational education home and abroad,which is paid more attention by every higher vocational college.By the history review,present situation investigation,win-win mode analysis and future prospect,this paper discusses the method of further improvement of win-win mode of cooperation between college and enterprise.
