On Logic Process and Basic Experience of Reform and Opening

摘要: 以30年来的改革开放为背景,论述了其逻辑起点和基本途径,阐明我国改革开放的客观必然性和科学性。从5个方面总结了改革开放的基本经验,论证改革开放是历史与逻辑的统一。

Abstract: Based on the 30 year’s reform and opening,this paper states the reform and opening logic beginnings and basic ways.In order to prove the unification of reform and opening history and logic and state the objective necessity and scientificity of reform and opening,the paper also from five aspects to state the reform and opening basic experience.
