1928～1930年河南旱荒探因

Exploration of Drought and Famine of Henan Province from the Year of 1928 to 1930

摘要: 河南在地质、天文、地理、气象等方面的变异,是导致旱荒发生的远因;发生于1928～1930年的干旱,以及兵灾匪祸所造成的人文社会环境的混乱,是旱荒形成的近因;灾害期间,当时政府救济不能及时奏效,也未能扭转干旱演变为饥荒的趋势。

Abstract: The changes of geology,meteorology,astronomy,geography in Henan province led to drought.The drought happened from the year of 1928 to 1930 and the humanistic science environment chaos caused by battle and bandit led to famine.During the disaster,the government’s relief was not effective and it couldn’t prevent drought to become famine.
