Abstract: According to actual condition of the experiment and training base of Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute and on the basis of analyzing power consumptive feature of the laboratory,this article puts forward plans of saving electrical energy,such as "on-demand using electricity" for laboratory lighting,soft-startup and frequency control of the motors of the equipment for training and production,the on-site reactive power compensation for the motors whose power is above 10KW,and so on.
