铝合金焊接管道X射线探伤工艺改进研究

    Research on Improvement of Aluminum Alloy Welding Pipeline X-ray Flaw Detection Process

    • 摘要: 针对空分设备中铝合金焊接管道要求100%射线探伤的情况,在保证射线照相灵敏度的前提下,探索出既能保证底片质量、又能使探伤效率提高5~10倍的多管道同步探伤工艺。

       

      Abstract: According to the requirement of 100% ray flaw detection of aluminum alloy welding pipeline of air separation plant, on the basis of guaranteeing radiographic sensitivity, the author explores the multipipeline synchronous flaw detection process which can guarantee the negative quality and improve flaw detection efficiency 5-10 times than before.
