Abstract: The author investigates the water-supply situation of every irrigation district in Kaifeng and analyzes and researches the guarantee mechanism of treating silt by approach channel. The author advocates to use executive organization guarantee mechanism and active cooperation from irrigation district.Under the condition of different flow of Huanyuankou, in order to keep being unimpeded of approach channel, improve the water-supply capacity of sluice gate in Kaifeng, supply the strong guarantee for economic development of areas along Yellow River in Kaifeng, some corresponding measures should be done.
