Abstract: Water resources of Kaifeng city are short-handed and polluted seriously. Water-drawing from Yellow River is an important part of Kaifeng city water. The exploitation present situation of Yellow River water resources of Kaifeng city is analyzed. The countermeasures of water-drawing from Yellow River for adjusting storing, improving the function, innovation management, using tourism industry to supply water and so on to optimize Yellow River water resources are advocated to adopt by this paper.
