Abstract: According to the annual rainfall and 22 related meteorological factors of river basin above Fan county station of Jindi River from 1956 ～1995, the multielement regression analysis is adopted, the long term forecasting mathematical model of this river annual rainfall is established and the forecasting effect of model is verified by actual measurement material from 1996～2000.
