Abstract: With the literature review of the China English Variety，the author focuses on four aspects of their controversy. The author thinks there is discrepancy in theory and practice of China English Variety.On the basis of survey conducted on college students′acceptance and express ability of the China English Variety, the author tries to offer some suggestions to college English teaching.
