“因材施教悖论”现象探析

    Discussion and Analysis on Phenomenon of “Paradox of Teach Students in Accordance of Their Aptitude”

    • 摘要: 孔子“因材施教”的教育思想,至今仍具有重要的指导意义。但是,在实际课堂教学中,却存在着“因材施教悖论”现象。简述了“因材施教”思想的源渊和“因材施教悖论”的表现,分析了产生“因材施教悖论”现象的原因,从教学内容选择和教学设计、课堂组织、课堂任务、课后自习辅导、信息反馈控制5个方面提出了在教学实践中对“因材施教悖论”的控制的方法。

       

      Abstract: The education and teaching idea of Confucious' “Teach Students in Accordance of Their Aptitude” still plays an important guiding role till now. But, there is the phenomenon of “Paradox of Teach Students in Accordance of Their Aptitude” in the real classroom teaching. This paper states the origins of “Teach Students in Accordance of Their Aptitude” and “Paradox of Teach Students in Accordance of Their Aptitude”, analyzes the reason of Phenomenon of “Paradox of Teach Students in Accordance of Their Aptitude”, from teaching content choose, teaching design control, classroom organizing control, classroom mission control, after-class self-study coaching control and information feedback to propose the control methods of “Paradox of Teach Students in Accordance of Their Aptitude” in teaching practicing.
