Research on Identification Model of Flood Resource Function and Requirement Coupling Benefit

摘要: 通过对现有的洪水资源效益识别方法,例如列表法、解析法、图解法的分析,发现存在着从单一因素考虑效益的片面性问题。研究出洪水资源利用功能与需求耦合效益识别法,并建立了相应的识别数学模型。这种方法以用水系统为主线,功能与需求、供给与需量、主动与被动进行对接和耦合,识别出具体效益,并进行合并归类。以白城市为例,进行了洪水资源的综合效益分析。Abstract: The existing flood resource benefit identification methods of the tabulation method, the analytical method and the illustration method are thought as the only benefit from the angle of flood resource. A new coupling benefit identification method of function and requirement is proposed and the related mathematics model is established. Focusing on water use system, through function matching requirement, supply coupling demand and initiative fitting passivity, the concrete benefit is identified. This paper takes Baicheng City as an example to study and analyze the comprehensive benefit of flood resources.
