Abstract: Based on the comprehensive investigation of current situation in average hotels of Kaifeng, this paper made a SWOT analysis from the aspects of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats in average hotels. It proposed the countermeasure of its reform and development: join the restaurant groups, create restaurant cultural products, confirm the target customers and make new marketing strategies.
