Abstract: The development of college-enterprise cooperation between moral education contains bottleneck problems relating to lack of enterprises participation. Enterprises' participation in college-enterprise moral education cooperation is an inevitable requirement and it could meet its own reality needs. Higher vocational colleges should give full play the leading role in the moral education cooperation by means of a series of active service measures for enterprise development, such as, providing human resources and intellectual support, promoting the dynamic integration of enterprise culture development and moral education and enterprise culture, innovating education training system to stimulate enterprises to participate in the moral education and to improve the effectiveness of moral education cooperation.
