进化心理学视阈下的企业员工离职行为探析

    Analysis on Enterprise Employee Turnover Behavior from Perspective of Evolutionary Psychology

    • 摘要: 在以往的企业员工离职研究中,分析外因主要以激励理论为视角,分析内因主要以马斯洛的需要层次理论为视角。运用进化心理学的观点进行分析,认为企业员工的离职行为是自然选择的结果,是个体追求良好人际关系的适应性行为,是个体与环境互动的适应性行为,是“自我实现者”的适应性行为。

       

      Abstract: In the past study on enterprise employee turnover behavior, the external causes were mainly from the perspective of motivation theories as well as the internal causes were mainly from the Maslow's theory of needs level. By the analysis with evolutionary psychology views, it considers that the enterprise employee turnover behavior is the result of natural selection, is the adaptive behavior of individual's pursue to the good interpersonal relationship, the individual interact with the environment and the "self-realization".
