Abstract: Under network circumstance, ideological and political theory teaching in colleges is facing many challenges such as the impact force on the students' value orientation from the western ideology, negative influences on the moral of the students by the scum online and authority weakening of teachers. In the surroundings of network civilization, the approaches to enhance the ideological and political theory education include positive lead with socialist core value, question the combination of network civilization with ideological and political theory education, taking advantage of network culture' features and rules, strengthening higher vocational colleges' ideological and political work, paying more attention to ideological and political teacher team construction and trying to build a high-quality network ideological and political work team.
