激励理论下的我国国有企业薪酬管理探析

    Salary Management of State-owned Enterprises Based on Incentive Theory

    • 摘要: 在现代市场经济中,薪酬管理对企业的竞争能力有着举足轻重的影响。通过分析国有企业薪酬管理中存在的缺乏战略导向性、薪酬水平缺乏外部竞争性、缺乏完善的薪酬考核体系等问题,运用激励理论,对我国国有企业薪酬管理进行了研究,提出了有效设计薪酬战略、确保薪酬水平具有外部竞争力、建立科学的考核体系、提高薪酬管理技巧、科学运用薪酬管理艺术等完善国有企业薪酬管理的5项主要对策。

       

      Abstract: In the modern market economy, salary management has a significant impact on the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper analyzes the problems of salary management of state-owned enterprises: lack of strategic orientation, lack of external competitiveness of the salary level, lack of perfect compensation assessment system, to explore the salary management of state-owned enterprises on the incentive theory and give the five main strategies to perfect the salary management of state-owned enterprises: design the salary strategy effectively, ensure the external competitive ability of the salary level, set up a scientific assessment system, improve the skills of salary management, make scientific use of the salary management art.
