Abstract: According to the ground surface water monitoring material of Yongcheng City from 2000 to 2010, the Yongcheng City ground surface water resource quality has been evaluated entirely and systematically. The evaluation includes ground surface water chemical feature analysis, river water quality present condition evaluation, recent water quality evolution trend analysis and water function area water quality evaluation and so on. The seasonal Kendall test method has been used to analyze the interannual change rule and trend of Yongcheng City ground surface water quality.
