凝并区放电类型对电凝并装置去除亚微米粉尘效果的影响

    Influence of Coagulation Zone Discharge Type to Electric Coagulation Reactor Submicron Particle Collection Efficiency

    • 摘要: 通过改变电凝并装置凝并区的放电类型,提出了粉尘在正负脉冲电场中的异极性荷电新方法。并将其与交变电场放电条件下粉尘的除尘效率进行了对比研究,结果表明,当集尘区板间平均场强为5kV/cm、凝并区为脉冲电场且脉冲电压峰值10kV时,除尘效率达到了97%,比凝并区为交变电场且交变电压为10kV时提高了1%。

       

      Abstract: By changing discharge type of electric coagulation reactor coagulation zone, a new bipolarly charged method of particles in pulsed electric field was proposed. This method was compared with that dust collection efficiency in alternating electric field, the comparison shows that when the dust collection region board average field strength is 5kV/cm and coagulation zone pulsed voltage peak value is 10kV, the dust collection efficiency of bipolar charged particles in pulsed electric field will reach to 97% and be higher 1% than that in AC electric field.
