Research on Dimethyl Adipate Synthesis Process

摘要: 以SXC-9大孔强酸催化树脂为催化剂、以己二酸和甲醇为原料,采用催化酯化工艺,合成了己二酸二甲酯。实验研究了反应温度、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量和反应时间等对酯化反应的影响,确定了合成己二酸二甲酯的优化反应条件:以0.1mol己二酸为基准,反应温度90℃、醇酸摩尔比为4∶1,催化剂用量为己二酸质量的25%,带水剂用量为10 ml,反应时间为4 h,酯化率可达到99.41%。

Abstract: Using SXC-9 macroporous strong acid catalyzed resin as catalyst, adipic acid and methanol as raw materials to synthesize dimethyl adipate with catalytic esterification technology. The experiment researches the influence of reaction temperature, molar ratio of alcohol acid, catalyst content, water-carrying agent dosage and reaction time on the esterification reaction, and determines the optimum reaction condition for synthesis of dimethyl adipate: With 0.1ml adipic acid as basic standard, 90℃ reaction temperature, 4:1molar ratio of alcohol acid, catalyst content occupies 25% adipic acid quality, 10ml water-carrying agent amount, 4 hours reaction time, and the esterification rate could reach 99.41%. -
