设备故障诊断信息预处理系统研究

    Research on Equipment Fault Diagnosis Information Pretreatment System

    • 摘要: 将RISC架构的ARM芯片、嵌入式Linux操作系统与信息预处理技术相结合,建立了设备故障诊断信息预处理系统。对系统的总体方案和软件进行了设计,并设计了一个数字滤波工具箱。仿真实验证明,该系统能快速、可靠、精确地滤除信号中的干扰和噪声,提高信息纯度,为后续信息处理和故障诊断打下良好基础。

       

      Abstract: To combine RISC framework ARM chip, embedded LINUX operating system and information pretreatment technology, this article establishes equipment fault diagnosis information pre-treatment system.It processes the overall scheme and the software of system design, and designs a digital filter toolkit. The simulation experiments show that this system can filter out the interference and noise in the signal quickly reliable and accurately, and improves the purity of information, lays out a good foundation for future information processing and fault diagnosis.
