Abstract: According to the theory of international education service trade, education quasi-market and the education industry, some developed countries made great efforts to raise a large number of schools funding to develop their vocational education by exploring the international vocational education market in the world since 1980s. Their experience and method has certain enlightenment significance for the Chinese in international vocational education market exploration.
