黄河水院道桥专业一体化人才培养模式研究

Research on Integration Talent Cultivation Mode of Road and Bridge Specialty of Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute

摘要: 分析了黄河水院道桥专业一体化人才培养模式构建的背景、构建过程；从硬件建设和软件建设2个方面论述了黄河水院道桥专业一体化人才培养模式的构建；从制订人才培养模式的实施计划、贯彻“以学生为主体”的教学理念、强调“练”与“做”、注重“做”后“评”等几个方面。论述了一体化人才培养模式的实施。实践证明，该模式能够有效提高学生的动手能力和职业素养。

Abstract: It analyzes the construction background and process of integration talent cultivation mode of road and bridge specialty of Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute.It also states the construction of the integration talent cultivation mode of road and bridge specialty from hardware and software aspects.From setting the implement plan of talent cultivation mode, carrying out the student-oriented teaching idea, emphasizing the practice, stressing the assessment after practice, it states the implement of the integration talent cultivation mode.The practice shows that this mode can improve the manipulative ability and the professional quality effectively.
